What is the difference between Stress and Anxiety?
Ideally, stress is caused by an external trigger, but it can be short–term, including a work deadline or a fight with your loved one, or long-term. If you are under stress, you might experience mental and physical symptoms, including irritability, anger, fatigue, muscle pain, digestive troubles, and difficulty sleeping. You can also visit an anxiety retreat.
On the flip side, anxiety is all about
persistent, excessive worries that don’t go away even if the stressor fails. As

experts, symptoms of stress include insomnia, difficulty concentrating,
fatigue, or muscle tension. In addition, mild pressure and mild anxiety respond
in the same way to coping mechanisms.
